No. Your website build is a one-time service. Monthly care is optional, and you can choose the plan that fits your needs.
You own your domain and hosting accounts. Ownership of the completed website transfers after full payment, subject to any third-party licenses explained in your proposal.
Your business information, services, contact details, written content and any photos or logo you want to use. Please only supply materials you have permission to use.
Routine edits target completion within three business days after all materials are received. New website timelines are agreed in your proposal. Emergency or 24-hour support is not included.
Possibly. We review your website and its platform first, then confirm whether the requested updates or ongoing care are a good fit.
Current services focus on informational websites. Online stores, customer accounts, custom applications, advanced SEO and business email support are outside the standard scope. Search rankings and customer leads are not guaranteed.
